I am an Assistant Professor in the Biomedical Informatics department at Stony Brook University, New York. I direct the Imaging Informatics for Precision Medicine (IMAGINE) Lab. My research interests lie at the intersection of medical image analysis and machine learning. I obtained my PhD in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), my masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, NJ, USA, and bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India.
